ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS IKLIM DAN KOMITMEN KERJA TERHADAP PERFORMANCE PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL (PNS) PADA DINAS PERHUBUNGAN, KOMUNIKASI DAN INFORMATIKA DAERAH KABUPATEN NGANJUK
Performance or performance refers to the degree of success in carrying out the task and the ability to achieve the objectives that have been working ditetapkan.Iklim an internal environment that represents the factors in organizations that create cultural and social environment in which the activities take place goal achievement. Commitment basically emphasize how the relationship between employees and work units raises attitude can be seen as a sense of attachment to the philosophy and work units.
This study aims to determine the effect of climate effectiveness partially on performance and the effect of work commitment partially to the performance of civil servants in Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika Daerah kabupaten nganjuk.
This type of research is explanatory research using primary data sources by distributing questionnaires to 55 civil servants in Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika Daerah kabupaten nganjuk with sampling techniques formula slovin were analyzed using a model equation of multiple linear regression model with t test to prove partial hypothesis and the F test to prove the hypothesis simultaneously.
Results of this research proves that climate effectiveness partial effect on work performance and commitment partial effect on the performance of civil servants in the Department of Transportation, Communications and Regional Information Nganjuk. In addition, the effectiveness of the climate and the commitment influential work simultaneously on the performance of Civil Servants in Dinas Perhubungan, Komunikasi dan Informatika Daerah kabupaten nganjuk
